REVISED SCHOLARSHIPS AND FEES

Scholarships
(a) Students are awarded scholarships from the date of their joining. The value of the scholarship
per month for students enrolled in different programs of the institute is given below.

(b) All the students who join the Institute (except for M.Mgt programme) are eligible for IISc
scholarships/ Fellowships from CSIR/UGC/DBT/ICMR/MHRD/AICTE/NBHM as the case may be.
Scholarships from GE/ INFOSYS/ IBM/ HP/ TATA/ PHILIPS/ BELL LAB/ MICROSOFT are also
available for deserving students.
(c) Scholarships are provided for a maximum period of 2 years in the case of M Sc (Engg) and
5 years in the case of Ph D candidates.
(d) Candidates who receive a salary from their Employers/Sponsors are not eligible for any
scholarship.
(e) Candidates admitted to M.Mgt are not entitled for Scholarship.
