Meeting 04/15/15 starting: 7:40-7:55 (Ms. Marquez, Miss. Sutcliffe, Mrs.

Chun, Counselor, student)

Miss. Sutcliffe explaining attendance and how is affects his grades.
Counselor explained to mom FERPA and the reasoning behind why the
school cannot release information to grandma, Mom understood and will
explain to grandma.
Miss. Marquez spoke with mom about her student's as well. Her student's
academics are not being as affected as JKK.
Counselor let mom know that if the school/teachers can support her sons
to let us know & that this is a collaborative team approach.
Mom said she is going to work with the boys to get them to get to school
more often and will take JKK to the dr to check on his eyes and
congestion.
Counselor went over the attendance letter and attendance summary & had
mom sign letter.
