Writing is important because it surrounds us every day. Between using it to apply for a job or university
and just writing a letter to a friend, it has great impact on our everyday lives. Without our knowledge of
writing, our success in the workplace and in our career would falter. Writing allows us to communicate
between each person. People can learn from certain writings, for example textbooks.
