Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
8 pcs skinless chicken thigh
sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
tsp freshly ground pepper
cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp olive oil
10 pcs shallots, peeled, halved
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pc medium carrot, oblique
2 ribs celery, biased
2 pcs medium potato, cut into 1-inch pieces

Chicken Casserole
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups water
1 pc bay leaf
2 sprigs thyme
1 sprig rosemary
8 pcs button mushroom, quartered
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tsp minced parsley
Procedure:
1. Season chicken thigh with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and pepper. Coat with flour and set aside. Heat 2
tbsp of olive oil in a pan and sear chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pan, add shallots, garlic, carrot, celery and potato. Saut until golden brown. Stir in tomato
paste and cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
3. Add back the chicken and pour water. Add bay leaf, thyme, rosemary and mushroom. Bring to simmer.
Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and pepper. Cover and place in a preheated 325F oven for 45
minutes. Alternately, cook over low heat on stove top.
4. Remove from the oven and rest for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
