Cancellations If you book a course or event and subsequently cancel, the following charges will apply: 11-20 days before the event (excluding the day of the event) 50% of the event cost 0-10 days before the event (excluding the day of the event) 100% of the event cost Delegates can be substituted or transferred onto an alternative event if more than 20 days notice is given. Please note: If you book on to a course or event as part of the Passport to Export or Gateway to Global Growth Schemes and subsequently cancel, you may still be charged for cancellation at the full course cost regardless of any discount you may have been offered.
