Columbus Dispatch, The (OH) - March 19, 1990

A North Side man struck by a car at 11:55 p.m. Friday died at 5:10 p.m. Saturday, an accident investigator for Columbus police said
yesterday.
The victim, Frank Ingram Jr., 39, of 1484 N. 5th St., was struck by a northbound car when he apparently ran across N. 4th Street just
south of E. 6th Avenue, police said.
The car's driver, Thomas Villanova, 40, of 155 E. Coma Ave., apparently did not see Ingram, who was not in the crosswalk, police said.
Ingram was taken to Ohio State University Hospitals where he died of massive head injuries, a hospital spokesman said.
The incident remains under investigation, and no charges have been filed, police said.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Wayne T. Lee Funeral Services, 1370 E. Main St.
