    Now, AS I am working Desktop support engineer in COMPANY NAME from Ju
    ly 2013 to till date.
    Totally 100 systems are there Im only maintain and trouble shoot all the
    systems.

    MY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES are,

    Software install, upgrade and Troubleshoot

    Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of mailing systems such as MS

    Outlook, Outlook Express.


    Assembling and Troubleshooting of Desktop Computer

    Installation & Maintenance of LAN & Device Drivers

    Printer Installation & Troubleshoot.

    Installation and Software support in respect of Operating System Win XP, Win

    7.
    Installation & Maintenance of Antivirus.
    Providing all network support and solving network related problems to
    Desktop systems.

    Daily Activity:

    Checking the Outlook


    Checking the Driver updates.
    Virus Scanning
    System Backup
