MARIA ZAMORAS BIOGRAPHY


Maria Zamora is the owner of Zamora Consulting Group that is a wellknown consulting firm and has been highly recognized for its outstanding
service. Zamora Consulting Group is focused on assisting organizations
to deliver outstanding customer service. Maria has been conducting her
highly praised company for 10 years.
Maria was born on August 31, 1980 in Madison, Wisconsin. Graduating
high school, she was the first in her class at Naperville North High
School. She attended Northwestern University and received her Bachelor
of Science degree majoring in Communication Studies.
After graduating from Northwestern University, she worked for Service Excellence Group as a
customer service consultant for two years, and then started her own company, Zamora
Consulting Group. During her time with Service Excellence Group, she developed innovative
ways to help organizations with customer service. She created programs and workshops
incorporating customer service skills and techniques to help organizations.
Currently, Maria lives in Oak Brook, Illinois. In her spare time, she volunteers for SCORE and
helps entrepreneurs start their business and achieve new levels of success.
