PROPOSAL FOR TRANS-AFRICAN HIGHWAY
OVERVIEW
Star Construction co. is pleased to submit this proposal for services to support the inner states of Africa in achieving
its goals for improving customer satisfaction by creating a highway structure to stretch across approximately 15
African nations.

The Objective
Below we have listed the needs to be met, or reasoning for construction to begin.
Need #1: A permanent route of transportation for internal nations who may not have/ may require access to
coasts or other nations.
Need #2: A social link between those inhabitants of one nation to another so that social barriers may be broken,
therefor increasing globalization.
Need #3: A way to increase trade routes for African nations and allow the prosperity of the economies.

The Opportunity
Below we have listed the goals for STAR Construction Company to secure the satisfaction of all major parties
involved.
Goal #1: To ensure the architectural design and stability of a multinational highway system.
Goal #2: To provide those who travel along this highway system with access to various educational opportunities.
Goal #3: To provide the nations of Africa with an obtainable way out of poverty and the chance to increase their
economic flow.

The Solution
As a solution to the needs of (A) a permanent route of transportation for internal nations who may not have/ may
require access to coasts or other nations, (B) a social link between those inhabitants of one nation to another so
that social barriers may be broken, therefor increasing globalization and, (C) way to increase trade routes for
African nations and allow the prosperity of the economies, we, STAR Construction Company, propose the
building of a multinational highway system.

OUR PROPOSAL
The inner states of Africa have many resources and people with amazing work skills. However, faced with problems
in distribution systems, economic impacts to transportation and logistics, and limitations that prevent taking full
advantage of improvements in technology, the inner states of Africa face the possibility of never seeing true economic
prosperity. We have developed a solution to help, and propose that the inner states of Africa implement our solution
easily integrates with a wide range of goals and can enable the inner states of Africa to fully realize the benefits of
improved productivity by our building of a highway system, stemming from north to south and east coast to west

coast, inclusive of the nations of; Libya Sudan, Chad, Nigeria, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo, DR of
Congo, Angola, Zambia, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Lesotho, and South Africa, therefore linking 6 different
languages, 4 types of governments, 3 national parks/ wildlife reserves.
