Dear Mr. Stefanelli
I would like to apply for an entry level position at your catering company. I have
experience setting up tables and waiting on guests, I believe working with your company would
be valuable experience for both you and me.
Catering comes naturally to me, I have catered multiple times at weddings, anniversaries,
and birthday parties. I speak Spanish, English, and a little bit of German, so I would have no
problem taking orders from people speaking their first language. A big part of catering is having
a nice relationship between you and the person you're waiting on, that way guests have a nice
and comfortable experience. That it what I hope to accomplish by working with you.
My plan is to go to Merced Junior College and complete my AA in Photography after
two years. Then I will be transferring to a four year CSU. While accomplishing this goal I hope
to work part time and utilize my skills successfully at your company. Doing so would help my
main goal of becoming a responsible and hard working adult.
