6. Procedures/MethodsA. Introduction1. the teacher could have a bin full of little metal objects, like paper clips, and little bits of plastic
or paper, and then use a magnet to separate out all the metal. The teacher would then explain that
the magnet was a tool we used to help us sort the objects and split them into two categories:
magnetic items and non-magnetic items.
2. the teacher would then explain that now we need to use our brains as the magnets and pull out
objects on our own.
