Miss Chadwick has consistently developed weekly lesson plans that include instruction delivered through a
variety of language modes, acommodating the many diverse learners within the classroom. In addition, her
instruction routinely follows a logical progression that provides her students a solid foundation for mastery of
the objective. Rachel includes many opportunities to assess student understanding, and then uses those
assessments to drive her subsequent instruction.

As her time at this placement has progressed, Miss Chadwick has used her knowledge about the students in
our classroom to make decisions regarding where students sit and which students are assisgned as student
learning partners to minimize behavior problems. In addition, she has implemented several behavior
intervention plans that reward students for making positive behavioral choices.

Miss Chadwick has become more confident in her role as a classroom teacher over the course of her student
teaching placement. Her time management and ability to orchestrate the movements of the day have
demonstrated her ability to maintain maximum student instructional time.
