My experience as an early childhood teacher has developed a passion and personal
commitment to three things: positive guidance, self-help skills, and maximizing individual
students cognitive abilities. I feel I am a perfect match for the open teacher position in your facility.
In my most recent positions as an assistant teacher, floater/sub and through my early
childhood classes at Ivy Tech Community College, I developed and implemented highly effective
lesson plans, plus created effective assessments that promote interest and knowledge retention. I
