Introduction
Students will work with different forms of mobile learning to work through different lesson plans. Using tools such as an
ipad, computers or other mobile devices will make this possible for students. My idea for QR codes involves setting up
different art questions around the school that make up for a mini scavenger hunt. I also had the idea of having kids
make a blog for an artist where they will state facts and post pictures of their work and then present the final blog to
the class.
Learning Objective
Students will analyze different artists and be exposed to new information about them as well as receive practice within
their technology skills.
Course Objectives
Instruction
Exposing students to background information about the technology that they will be using as well as some of the
information they will be learning about the artist or piece of work.
Issues
As the teacher making sure that all questions are answered and that each student has enough information to
carry out the tasks they are asked.
Skills Development
Students will be applying the information they have learned into their blogs or different forms of mobile learning.
They will also be able to develop their skills within technology.
Teaching with Technology
Making sure to share the background information of the technology and answer questions before giving out the
tasks to avoid any confusion.
Directions
1. Explain background information to students about the different tools they will be using depending on the lesson.
2. Give different examples made by myself.
3. Explain to students the different uses of the websites or apps for their other classes such as math, English, science, and social studies.
4. Pass out rubrics or handouts needed depending on the particular lesson the students will be working on.

Explanation of Standards
Visual Arts
1. Observe and Learn to Comprehend: 1) Artists make choices that communicate ideas in works of art. 2) Characteristics and expressive
features of art and design are used to identify and discuss works of art.
Content Area: Reading, Writing, and Communicating
Standard 3: Writing and Composition
2. Exploring the writing process helps to plan and draft a variety of simple informational texts.
Explanation of Differentiation
Because each student requires different needs I think that overall the most important thing is to make sure that any
questions are answered before actually going into detail or explaining the task that the students will need to carry out
individually. By making sure that background information is given and different examples are shown I believe that
students will be able to feel a lot more confortable with the process they have to carry out by themselves. Technology
also allows us as educators to assist those with learning disabilities at apace that works best for the students.

Reflection:
Over the past few weeks we have been working with different forms of mobile learning and it has made me realize just how
crucial it is to education. There are so many different lessons that can be incorporated to really help engage the kids in what they
are learning. The different tools such as QR codes, blogs, and different websites force kids into the drivers seat of their learning.
They are working hands on with the material which in return makes the lesson that much more meaningful. Technology is such an
important part of our society and working with these tools allows our students to feel confortable using them in their day-to-day
lives.
