Description
Being rich in fibre, beans keeps heart healthy and cures
diabetes. Beans can be taken raw, steamed or as stew
or soup.
Effective to control diabetes. Its seeds 25-50 grams
taken daily for a few days controls hyperglycaemia in
diabetics.
Can be taken as food that helps control diabetes.

Prevents malnutrition, niacin deficiency, and vascular


deficiency.
Taken with half a cup of bitter gourd-karela juice, helps
cure diabetes. Should be taken once a day for 3 to 4
months.
Improves fasting blood sugar status and glucose
tolerance.
Excellent medicine for diabetes. Take 2-3 grapefruits a
day to control, cure diabetes.
A table spoon of Amla juice taken with a cup of bitter
gourd juice stimulates insulin production, thus reducing
blood sugar in the system
Has been used for long in traditional/Ayurvedic
medicine as treatment of diabetes. The seeds and the
fruit have an active element Jamboline that checks
conversion of starch to sugar. About 3 grams powdered
dried seeds taken 3-4 times a day helps reduce sugar in
the urine.
Fresh leaves are soaked in water over night. These are
squeezed next morning; the infusion taken empty
stomach helps control, cure diabetes.

meningitis.
