Meditation
When it comes to becoming peaceful meditation is a great way to do so. Meditation
sooths the mind and helps you make better decisions in life. Meditations have to do with
techniques involving controlled breathing, visualization, and repeated words or phrases. Let us
take the path from meditation to peace.
There are many ways to practice meditations one of the most popular ways is
concentration. This is where one focuses attention on a single object such as the function of
breathing, a candle flame, or a visualized image (Loustaunau). When your attention wanders the
practitioner or teacher would slowly bring your attention back to the original focus. There are
many benefits to meditation such as it increases your immune system, create an emotional
balance, lowers your blood pressure, and many more that is pro-life (Loustaunau). Meditation is
better than taking a medication for creativity.
There are many ways to learn how to do meditations. You can learn meditations from
online sources and even go and take classes for meditation. Meditation is something you must
take seriously or it will not work. Fourteen year old sister D barley even meditated (OConner).

responding to things happening around you (OConner). Your meditation can be so strong that
you will not even come back from your meditation if someone poked you.
Your brain on meditation! Your brain reacts and learns from every movement your body
does. Nothing is quite satisfying as a yoga practice that is filled with movement (Mcgonigal).
Whether you prefer an intense and sweaty vinyasa practice, or a gentle but deliberate viniyoga
practice, all systems of hatha yoga provide a contented afterglow for the same reason, relief
(Mcgonigal). This could be difficult for some people to reach the same state of mind as other
people. Meditation requires you to have patients and even more challenging, time.
Meditation is something you have to work on to achieve. Practicing it can bring you to a
state of mind of peace. Think about being in a peaceful place with everything you love and
adore. We can achieve that! Dreams do come true and it is up to every human on this earth to
make this happen. Meditation can take us to the path of peace. Let us practice!
