He created an area with a school and affordable housing for poor Muslim families and had the goal of creating an Islamic State and recruited jihadis. They are mainly after creating an Islamic state in Nigeria through violence. Many of the followers were inspired by some guy names Mohammed Mowra. They believe the world is against them and they will do anything to get it back. Mainly they fought with violence. Basically they are all odd thinking the Earth is not round and stuff. I think their level of risk is pretty low, like a 2. This is because they arent really fighting against the government but rather against the people and religions.
