In accordance with Article XI of the APHOA Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, this form, (which
consists of two pages), must be completed in full and signed by both the Owner and Tenant (s) prior
to the Tenant (s) occupying the dwelling. The original of this document is required to be
provided to the Audubon Place Homeowners Association, Inc. within fourteen (14) days
of the tenant taking occupancy.

I agree that I am responsible for informing their renters of all the rules, etc., to which they
must adhere while under the rental/lease agreement;
I agree that I am responsible for ensuring that the Covenants and other rules are complied
with by the tenant and am responsible for any fine and/or damage which may arise due to
any infraction thereof and/or action by the Tenant;
I agree that I am responsible for all assessments, special assessments and/or fines levied
against the Owner or Occupants of the property; and
I agree that I have read and understand all the agreements herein, as well as in the
Declaration of Restrictive Covenants governing the Audubon Place Homeowners Association,
and having done that, signify my acceptance to all by my signature below.

AGREEMENT BY TENANT (S)

I agree that I have been provided a copy of the Restrictive Covenants of Audubon Place
Homeowners Association;
I agree to follow all of the rules and regulations set out there in governing the property in
which I am renting, both in Article XI, as well as throughout the entirety of the document;
I agree that I may subject to fines from the APHOA should I violate said Covenants;
I agree that a violation of the Covenants may be considered a default of my lease
agreement, regardless of whether said action is listed as a default in the lease agreement;
I agree that I am to be bound by the rules and restrictions set out in the Covenants of the
APHOA as if I were the owner of the property myself;
I agree that my tenancy does not give me standing as an Owner within the Audubon Place
Homeowners Association, and as such, I have no voting rights, etc.; and
I agree that I have read and understand all the agreements herein, as well as in the
Declaration of Restrictive Covenants governing the Audubon Place Homeowners Association,
and having done that, signify my acceptance to all by my signature below.
