Keeper Draft Rules
a. Rule Overview
i. Team owners are allowed a maximum 2 keepers from the previous
years final roster
1. Final Roster=Any player on the roster after the Championship
game.
2. A roster freeze will be in effect from Championship gameDesignation of Keepers. After rosters are locked Free Agents are
not eligible to be designated as keepers or be involved in
trades.
ii. A minimum number of players designated as keeper status is not
required.
1. An owner can keep 0, 1, or 2 players from previous final roster
iii. Exception to Rule
1. An exception to this rule's definition of "the previous year's
final roster" would be any offseason trades between two fantasy
teams announced to the league and passing league approval
but executed prior to the declaration of keepers for the next
fantasy season.

VI.

b. Keeper Player Draft Value

i. A player who is designated as a keeper will automatically be drafted
during the same round as the previous years draft if that was their
first time being kept (Team X keeps player AB drafted in 5th round in
2013, Player AB will be team X 5th round pick in 2014).
ii. This value is not changed if the team keeping the player (Team Y) was
not the same team who drafted the player (Team Z). The player value
also does not change if the player was traded or picked up via Free
Agency or Waivers.
iii. If an owner decides to keep a player designated for multiple seasons
the player will be drafted based on Yahoos average draft position
(ADP)
1. The ADP will be based on a specific date determined by the
commissioner prior to the date of declaration of keepers
iv. A player is designated as a keeper from a teams final roster but went
undrafted in the previous season will be drafted with the teams final
pick in current years draft (Rule X.b.iii applies for future drafts)
v. If more than one player who is designated as a keeper is to be drafted
in the same round in a single fantasy seasons draft then one of the
players designated as keeper will need to be valued at an earlier round
at the fantasy team owners discretion (This will now be the players
new round for future drafts).
vi. A team can keep a player if they do or do not have the corresponding
pick to keep the player. If the team does not have the corresponding
pick the team will forfeit a pick one round earlier. If the Player is a 1 st
round keeper and the team no longer has a 1st rounder the team will
give up 2nd round pick
vii. Exception to Rule
1. All 1st round value fantasy players are to maintain their 1st
round value. If one team has more than one player designated
as keeper with 1st round value they will give up their 2 nd round
pick. (Refer to Rule X.b.iii for players being kept for multiple
seasons)
c. Keeper Player Declaration Date
i. Owners must designate keeper players to league commissioner by
