I believe the aim of physical education is to develop students in a
holistic manner that encompasses the physical, mental, social, and emotional domains. I will strive to help all students achieve a personalized level of physical fitness and motor skill development as well as an appreciation for lifetime activity. I believe in incorporating a variety of activities to accommodate a wide range of student interests in addition to teaching a wide variety of skills. I believe physical education has the ability to make interdisciplinary connections to ensure overall academic enhancement.
