POST-TEACHING
Reflections
The lesson went smoothly and the students were engaged during the work.
They lacked focus towards the end of the class so I had to work to keep them
on task. However, as I was talking to them and asking them questions, the
class seemed eager to answer and engage with me. For this sort of activity, I
wish I had more time to fully explain the text and discuss further meanings in
the text.
Data Based Decision Making
Based on the student work I graded, I assume that the students paid
attention during the reading and my discussions. Overall, I feel that the
lesson was an effective one.
