Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is for you to begin to address the graduation
requirements for your major and to address the entrance requirements for your chosen four-year
institution. Please address the questions below. Please type your responses.
1. What courses are you currently taking this semester?
Education 290, Math 257, and Anthropology 102
2. What courses do you need to graduate with your AA degree? (Please see Lena Paxton to get a copy
of your Degree Audit, if you have problems. Lena is located in the Matrix in the Taylor Administration

your grades option.

I need to by the credit for English 101, send my AP Government test score to CSI to receive
credit for American Government, and finish my classes this semester. When I finish all of
these things I have successfully completed all requirements for each of my degrees.

As soon as my AP Government credit transfers, I will apply for graduation and complete my
graduation audit.
4. Have you completed CSIs Computer Literacy Assessment? (http://computerliteracy.csi.edu/)
Yes, I took Educational Technology (EDUC 215) last spring. I have fulfilled the computer
literacy requirements.
5. What are the entrance requirements for your chosen four-year institution? What are the
application deadlines? If you plan to apply for scholarships, what are the scholarship
application deadlines? Have you applied for financial aid?
Admission/application is for Fall 2015 is July 1, 2015. Scholarship priority deadline is February
1st for priority deadline. I am filing my taxes independent from my parents this year to receive
financial aid. I will apply for financial aid once my taxes are completed.

needed? What are the dates for Praxis 1 (or other tests)? Do these tests have to be completed
before the application deadline? If so, how long does it take to process test scores?

I dont plan on getting my education degree. I plan on finishing as a social sciences major.
