PERSONAL TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

As a future teacher, I wish to focus on creating a learning enhancing space that is a safe zone
for learners to explore their creativity and flourish academically. I believe that expression is
vital to the students learning process, whether it be expression through participation in
conversation or creating and exploring different learning strategies. I, as a future teacher,
aspire to make students curious about life and the world beyond the walls of the classroom as
I believe that learning is a lifelong endeavor and does not simply last during the schooling
years. It is my belief that the goal of education is not to simply make a person smarter, but to
make life better.
