Friedmans Script
Upon arrival, internal examination
revealed a cervix 9cm dilated, fully
effaced, a ruptured bag of water with
thickly meconium-stained amniotic
fluid at station +2. The patient was
transferred to the delivery room and
in a few minutes, cervix was fully
dilated, fully effaced at station +5.
