preceptorship is to consolidate
learning to prepare students for
entry to practice (NEPAB, 2013)
There is a growing interest in
international nursing
placements among nursing
students (Racine & Perron, 2011)
Students placed internationally
reported personal growth and
development and increased
appreciation of cultural
diversity (Button, Green, Tengnah,
Johansson, & Baker, 2005)
