An Assessment report

Gema Rodrguez Nez

English - Advanced 2A

To: Future students

From: Gema Rodrguez Nez
Subject: Official School of languages Goya
Date: 8th May

1. Introduction
This report is made to assess qualities of Goya Official School of Languages to recommend it
to future potential students to study in the centre or not.
2. Languages
In Goya Official School of languages five languages are taught: English, German, French,
Italian and Spanish (as a foreign language) and the main levels are available with official
certificates (A2, B1 and B2).
3. Teachers
This is a centre that depends on Madrid Educational Council, and it means that all the teachers
are totally qualified to teach these lessons because all of them have overcome the state exams
and they fulfil the requirements to give a quality education to students.
4. Location & Access
The centre is located in Santa Brgida Street, which is an extraordinarily central street and also
easily accessible by public transport, because it is next to the underground lines 1, 5 and 10 as
well as several bus lines. Private transport is not so good because it is hard to park in this zone.
The centre is equipped with access for the disabled, so there are no restrictions to anyone who
wants to study there.
5. Availability & Cost
Although the studies are economic because the school is a public centre, it is not easy to be
admitted, because there are many more people who want to study here than places available, so
the waiting list is usually enormous, which is the main disadvantage of the school.
6. Recommendation
Even though it is complicated to be admitted in the school, the location is so good, there is a fair
variety of languages and the level is high (people finish really well-prepared, what demonstrated
by the high pass rate). Considering all these things, I strongly recommend Goya Official
School of Languages to everyone who wants learn a language.
