Describe your survey popula0on(s) (i.e., list appropriate demographic characteris0cs such as

This survey was completed by 6th grade students in a 9 week V PA course, Digital Skills 2.
List factors that might have inuenced the results (e.g., survey was conducted as the bell rang
for dismissal).
The survey was completed by students at the end of a unit when they were nished with their

Analyze survey responses and answer the following ques0ons:
A) What did students perceive as your major strengths?
Students stated that they felt comfortable sharing ideas in my classes. They also reported the most
strongly that they feel I respect all students and cultures and value my students as individuals. They
also indicated that I set high learning standards and give them the opportunity to demonstrate their
learning in a variety of ways.
B) What did students perceive as your major weaknesses?
Four of my students did not feel that I help them to be organized.
C) How can you use this informa+on for con+nuous professional growth?
The rst units in this course do focus on le management (through the Mac nder and Google Drive)
which includes naming, saving, retrieving and submi]ng les for grading. I also introduce more
general organiza+on skills such as equipment placement and use expecta+ons, web-based
bookmarking, and iden+fying le types. To follow up on these 4 student's request for more
organisa+on I plan to spend more +me on le organiza+on throughout the course and may use the
por`olio as an opportunity to help with organisa+on as well as showcasing student work.
