The following are terms and conditions are for a LIVE BREEDING ONLY. Please see the
Artificial Insemination and Frozen Semen section for more information on a breeding of that
nature.
The owner of the bitch is required to show written proof, before any breeding, that the above
described bitch has been health tested and the test results compare to the planned stud. Said
bitch is to be current on all standard health tests required by the Basenji Club Of America.
The Bitch Owner guarantees that the above described bitch has had all of the following heath tests
performed and her health test results are as follows:

It is hereby understood that the stud/owner will travel to you within two hours of our kennel to
complete breeding. Stud/owner will travel farther for an increased $50 per hour distance from
home. Bitch can also be brought to our kennel for breeding and will be returned to owner after
several breeding.

The stud fee, in this contract, is required for the guarantee that the actual mating (tie) has been
performed by the pair, and not for the pregnancy and/or puppies, living or dead. If the bitch fails
to become pregnant or produce a litter, Bitch Owner must notify Stud Owner within 60 days of the
mating. Unless such notice is given, the return service is cancelled and hereby void. If stud is not
available, if bitch changes ownership, or fails to conceive after return service, this contract is
terminated. Litter registration application will be signed after full payment of fee or possession of
pick puppy from the litter has been received, but not before puppies are 14 days old.
A Repeat Breeding (which will be in the same manner as the original) to the same stud will be
given, without charge, at the Bitchs next immediate heat cycle. If the bitch fails to conceive after
the repeat breeding service, or the Bitch Owner does not wish to attempt the repeat breeding at
the Bitchs next hear cycle to the same stud, this contract would thereby be terminated/void. No
fees will be refunded, in part or in total, at anytime.
The Bitch owner agrees to hereby be responsible for any and all incurred expenses for this
insemination. This includes but is not limited to, stud, bitch, veterinarian, semen collection, semen
shipping, delivery, and any other related expenses, associated with or incurred for the purpose of
breeding this Siberian Husky bitch. Furthermore, The Bitch Owner hereby agrees not to hold the
Stud dog owner responsible or liable for any financial responsibilities of any medical costs due to
complications from the artificial insemination, pregnancy, or birth, including death in association
with this breeding of said bitch.
The stud owner hereby reserves the right to know when puppies are born and the Bitch Owner
hereby agrees to promptly notify the Stud Owner of such delivery of puppies (date of birth, sex,
count, color) and will include pictures of said puppies on day said puppies are born. The Bitch

Owner, in addition, will provide pictures of aforementioned puppies at 5 week through 8 weeks,
before leaving to their new homes and it is mutually agreed upon that the stud owner can use said
photos for further promotion of the stud dog.
It is hereby understood and agreed upon that all puppies are to be sold with puppy contract in
place between seller and buyer with certain clauses enforced in contract. Puppies may be sold
with either full or limited registration to puppy buyers. Stud owner contact information must be
included in puppy contract for help with placement of puppy if returned by original puppy owner.
Its also understood that no puppies produced from this mating are to be offered for sale to or
through any pet shop, grooming parlor, humane organization, or any other kennel.
The Stud Owner understands that most breeders will sell puppies with a first right of refusal
clause. The Stud Owner would appreciate being informed of puppies that are returned for any
reason. An effort will be made on the Stud Owners part to help Bitch Owner find a new home for
said puppy, if needed. The Bitch Owner hereby understands that the Stud Owner takes the
breeding of said Stud Dog very seriously and will be very interested in the puppies resulting from
this litter for their entire lifetime.
It is mutually accepted by both parties that the Stud Owner is not required to sign any AKC Litter
Registration papers until such time that the Stud Fee, and all reimbursable expenses due to the
Stud Owner, are paid in full by the Bitch Owner. Additionally, The Stud Owner agrees to sign all
paperwork after the preceding statement unless terms of this contract are or have been violated.
In which case, The Stud Owner is relieved of any responsibilities to sign any AKC paperwork of said
current litter sired by said described Stud dog.
So long as all breeding fees are paid in full, the Stud Dog Owner hereby agrees to sign the litter
registration papers when the Bitch Owner presents/requests them. Any lack of payment, after
puppies are born, for delinquent stud fees, will be resolved in the court of Stud Owners choice.
Any and all expenses pertaining to said court resolution and acquiring stud service fees will be the
sole responsibility of the Bitch Owner.
Any Stud fees are due at the time of the breeding (of proven dogs and bitches) or
unless otherwise discussed. In Certain cases [ex: first time bitch or first time stud,] the stud fee
can be paid within 2 weeks after the time of whelp. $500 deposit is required. If breeding takes
place without payment, the Stud Owner reserves the right to refuse signing the (AKC) litter
registration papers until stud fee is paid in full. AKC will be notified for failure in stud fee payments.
For the purpose of this contract, a litter constitutes as 3 (or more) puppies. If a litter is not
constituted, the stud fee will be based on puppies. The following is how the stud fee is calculated
if at least 1 puppy is born but at least 3 puppies are not born:

If, by some chance, a live breeding is performed but a pregnancy is not established, and a repeat
breeding is agreed upon BUT the male of which you used prior becomes sterile, you will be allowed
the use of another male, of Stud Owners Choice, that will be well suited for your female. IF you

choose not to use the new male, this contract is VOID and any and all fees will thereby be non
refundable.

Artificial Insemination and Frozen Semen

Hindermann Huskies does not guarantee a litter with Frozen Semen, we only guarantee
that there are/were live sperm at the time of the inspection of the sperm. In addition, it is hereby
understood that there will be no repeat breedings on a failed Frozen/Chilled Semen artificial
Insemination on deceased dogs. The expenses of collection and shipping on repeat Frozen or
chilled semen breedings will be the sole responsibility of the Bitch Owner and will only be done
with payment of such, up front.
It is hereby understood that, in addition to the stud fee, the Bitch Owner is responsible for any and
all veterinarian expenses pertaining to the collection and shipment of semen and any other related
expenses in achieving the original frozen or chilled breeding.
The collected sperm is for the aforementioned bitch only and is hereby understood and agreed
upon that any sperm given to the Bitch Owner will be used solely for the insemination of the above
mentioned bitch stated within this contract and will not be split nor shared between any other
bitches, owned, not owned, or leased, by Bitch Owner. No other bitch shall be substituted or bred
without a separate, approved contract signed by both parties, and both parties must thereby
agree on the substitution and the terms thereof. All semen will be inseminated into one bitch
resulting in one litter and its agreed only one litter registration will be signed by stud owner. Any
excess semen will be destroyed.
It is hereby mutually agreed upon that said bitch has not been bred to any other male dogs during
this heat cycle, and that the utmost care will be taken to ensure that said bitch is not and will not
be bred to any other male dogs after this service has been provided, and that the puppies will be
given proper care and socialization. In addition, it is hereby understood and agreed upon that IF
such an event should happen, a DNA test will be performed on said Bitch, and all of her current
litter to ensure that the accurate paternity results have been determined and that AKC paperwork
has been filed in an appropriate fashion to the results obtained via the DNA testing. Its
understood that the Bitch Owner will be honest and forth coming and will not be deceitful to the
Stud owner nor any potential puppy buyers as to the parents of said puppies produced.
Stud fees on Frozen Semen, if on a deceased or limited sperm collected dog, may be at a higher
rate than that of a young dog. The fee scale in which is stated within this contract does not apply
to such cases. Hindermmann Huskies reserves the right to refuse anyone the use of any frozen
semen on any particular stud owned, co owned, or leased by the owner, Whitney Podhradsky.

Stud Service Puppy Option

It is mutually agreed, that if the Stud Owner shall decide upon a first pick of the litter puppy, as
opposed to the monetary payment, it is hereby granted by the Bitch Owner. Please Sign one line

SUCH AN AGREED UPON EVENT, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WOULD

HEREBY APPLY:
The second choice, herein referred to as Pick Puppy, is reserved for the Stud owner and shall be
picked at the sole discretion of the Stud Owner. Said choice will be made between the ages of 6 up
to 8 weeks. Its understood and agreed upon that NO puppies shall be placed, promised, or
otherwise sold until the Pick Puppy has been chosen by Stud Owner. The Bitch owner may take
reservations on said litter, however puppies should not be placed until the 8 week old assessment
has been made and each puppy has been determined Show or Pet quality. Additionally, all
puppies in the litter MUST be present at the time the selection is made.
Pick puppy will be given completely FREE of charge with absolutely no monetary compensation
being asked for, which includes but is not limited to: Litter expenses, Potential whelping
complication expenses (C-Sections, etc), Vaccinations, Health tests, microchipping, AKC
registration, etc. The only SOLE expense that can be requested by the Bitch owner, pertaining to
pick puppy, is the transportation expenses incurred with getting said puppy to the Stud Owner.
This expense is limited to the Airplane ticket, Crate expense, and a health certificate; the total of
all will be presented in a receipt form from a Veterinarian with the exact amount owed and
delivered to the Stud Owner prior to the pick puppys departure. The Bitch owner hereby asks for
no additional compensation of any sort for said Pick puppy.
It is hereby accepted that the Bitch Owners Kennel name may be placed first in the Registered
name if Desired and Pick Puppy shall also carry the Kennel Name Hindermann somewhere after
and within the registered name, as to be determined by Stud Owner. A themed litter may apply.
It is mutually agreed upon that Pick Puppy will be given with full registration and full breeding
rights along with full ownership belonging solely to the Stud Owner. Additionally, both parties
understand and hereby agree that there will be no Co ownerships regarding Pick Puppy in any way,
shape, or form unless agreed upon.
It is mutually agreed herein that the by receiving this Pick Puppy as a payment for this current stud
service, the Stud Owner does not, nor will ever, be obligated to give a free puppy from, or free
stud services by, this Pick Puppy to the Bitch Owner.
If within acceptable driving distance, the Bitch Owner hereby agrees to allow the Stud Owner the
ability to personally inspect said litter and choose their pick puppy in person at 8 weeks. If not
within an acceptable driving distance, The Bitch Owner hereby agrees to take individual photos
(including front, stack, and candid) of all puppies until such a time that the Pick Puppy has been
chosen. After such a time, the Bitch Owner hereby agrees to take good quality, high resolution,
well stacked photos of the Pick Puppy and send said photos, weekly, to the stud owner via email or
facebook, until Pick Puppy has been delivered to the Stud Owner. In addition, upon arrival of Pick
Puppy, the Stud Owner reserves the right to have Pick Puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian
within 72 hours of possession. Should Pick Puppy be determined to be of ill health or show any
physical defects not readily known or determined by visual inspection, Pick Puppy may be returned
to Bitch Owner for either another pick puppy within the same litter if available OR monetary
compensation in the amount stated on page 2 of this contract.

Hindermann Huskies has an option available for bitchs owner that can be used if needed. If you
would like to breed your bitch with our stud but do not have the facility available to whelp puppies,
your bitch can whelp at our facility for an additional charge. We will provide adequate care for your
bitch and puppies. This charge will be $100 a week for a litter up to 8 puppies and $175 a week for
a large litter. This payment will be paid up front or weekly or bitch owner will be taken to court and
all legal fees will be paid by bitch owner. Bitch and puppies will be provided with proper veterinary
care. Stud owner will not be held responsible if bitch and/or puppies were to become deceased due
to complications with birth or medical condition.
Stud owner will provide daily updates on bitch and puppies to bitch owner and will provide weekly
pictures to bitch owner. Bitch owner is in charge of collecting payment for puppies and finding
homes for puppies. Stud owner will help with placement at the Bitch owners request. If placement
assistance is needed, a separate contract will be signed. There is a separate contract and
arrangements that will be made if this service is requested. If you would like your bitch to stay at
Hindermann Huskies from time of breeding to delivery of puppies to new home, there will be $25
charge per week until puppies are born and all veterinary services needed during pregnancy will
be billed to bitchs owner.

The stud owner reserves the right to resort back to a monetary service
fee if any complications, disagreements, or disputes should arise out of
the choice of a free puppy back.
It is hereby set forth in this contract that if any terms or conditions of this contract are or do become illegal,
invalid, or unenforceable in any one jurisdiction (Such as Buyers residential jurisdiction), it is understood that
it shall not affect the legitimacy and/or enforceability of any other provisions set forth in this contract and, in
addition, it is hereby understood and agreed that if such terms and conditions are or become illegal, invalid,
unenforceable in such aforementioned jurisdiction, The Breeders hereby reserve the right to take action in
another jurisdiction (such as Breeders residential jurisdiction) to enforce such provisions in which prior tried
jurisdictions had been attempted and failed; This is to include international affairs as well.
We, the undersigned, have read this contract and had ample time to discuss and have questions answered
and hereby agree that by signing below, we fully understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth
in this contract. The written terms of this contract constitute the entire contract between Stud Owner and
Bitch Owner. No other written, verbal or implied statements, promises, documents, or writings shall not have
any effect on this contract unless whereas stated in the above.

It is mutually agreed upon that any violation of this contract will result in a minimum
fine of $1000 PER offense and the Bitch Owner is responsible for ANY/ALL costs
incurred in ensuring contract fulfillment.

By signing below, I/we hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth within this
contract and certify that I/we have read this Contract in full, understand its complete
