experience.
During my job shadow we went around the firm and learned about the
different things they did. They showed me the computer program they use
to design, the 3D models that they use, and what they do print off and get
things done.

A Masters Degree in Architecture, or a 5-year Bachelors Degree.

You need to be able to manage multiple projects at once. Work with other
architects to get a job accomplished. It also requires computer skills to
make the designs on the computer. You also need to be good at drawing
and be able to communicate well with customers.

Yes, It seems like a fun environment, and they have a lot of projects to

Yes, I love to make things and am good at math. It is everything I want in a

I learned that I still want to be an architect. It seems like the perfect job for
me.

Was there anything that you really did not like about this shadowing experience?
It wasnt enough time, I wish I could have been there for at least another
two hours.

I need to be able to manage projects and others working on the project.
