APPOINTMENT TO THE POST OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Company having an Authorised Capital of Rs.1000 crores is a
wholly owned State Government Company and is engaged in the
business of supply, distribution of electricity and related activities in the
5 districts of Telangana.
Applications are invited from qualified and eligible candidates for
filling up the post of Company Secretary on ad-hoc basis initially for a
period of one year. The term may be extended depending upon the
necessity. The incumbent is required to work under the control of
Chairman & Managing Director/TSSPDCL at the registered office at
Corporate Office/TSSPDCL/Hyderabad.
a. Qualification :- Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries
of India.
b. Experience :- Minimum 5 years in the matters of secretarial,
legal, taxation & other accounts etc. of a reputed organization
having a paid-up capital of Rs.50.00 crores and above.
c. Age limit :- Maximum 35 years as on date of notification.
d. Remuneration : Consolidated amount of Rs.40,000/- per
month all inclusive.
e. Preference :- Will be given to the candidates having experience
in Public Sector undertakings.
The candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria may send their

Corporate Office, Mint Compound, Hyderabad 500 063. The last date
