Vendor Management
Sharing the requirements with Vendor depends upon the business needs.
Sharing the requirements with vendor for Contract Staffing, Contract to hire mode and OTP (for niche skill).
Getting vendor empanelment done after the evaluation process.
Negotiation on rate card for contract employees.
Generation of work order for contract employees.
Processing the vendor invoices for monthly and onetime hired employees payment.
Getting assessment done for contract to hire mode employees if they need to get converted on permanent
roles and initiating the process.
Quarterly Vendor Meet Invite all active vendors to make them understand the projection plans for client
requirements, help them to understand the niche requirement, discussion with technical panel if require,
awarding the best vendor.
Doing assessment for new vendors and for selected vendors do the evaluation giving selected skills to work
for a months time.
MIS Activity
Daily reports Maintain daily Sourcing Tracker.
Managing the database reports which carry personal, educational, experience & CTC information and
uploading the resume with all these details in database tool.
Tracking reports for in process of joining candidates and doing the regular follow-ups.
Preparing and Maintaining Dashboards on weekly basis for all Open positions & Weekly Interview status.
Maintaining weekly review reports.
Preparing PPT to present every quarter report on achievements and where we stand in terms of closure.
Vendor Tracker updation for monthly vendor invoice payments.
Update the internal portal for all the recruitment activities in SmarTrack..
