End to End Recruitment
I am responsible for end-to-end recruitment & Selection process for the Ebiz, JDE, Siebel, OBIA, Peoplesoft
FMW & Microsoft Dynamics BU in Oracle Practice for across Location which includes meeting with Stake
Holders for Projection Planning, Requirements Gathering, Hiring against Client Requirements, and Hiring
against Attrition Ratio.
Understanding the needs for current & future hirings on different Managing End to End Recruitment for
all levels of hirings for all work locations and different Business Units in Oracle Practice.
Assessment of business needs for different groups & skill sets from Delivery & Project Managers, preparing
workforce plan and strategy to fulfil the requirements within SLA.
SPOC for all day to day activities on sourcing, delivery escalations
Sourcing resumes through various sources like Job Portals with Job postings, Head Hunting, Social
Networking (LinkedIn & Facebook), Job fairs, Advertisement and Employee References.
Sourced profiles and on boarded them from LinkedIn for Niche skills.
Have 5000+ connections in LinkedIn for all different verticals & skills.
Screening profiles & assessing candidates skills through preliminary interview questionnaire by telephonic
discussion and gather all personal, educational, experience & CTC details check on competency and willingness
to work for the deserving position.
Scheduling technical interviews with technical panels & functional head and close deserving candidature
with salary negotiation.
Complete and monitor all formalities for selected candidates on submission of forms & necessary
documents.
Preparing Salary Card in excel tool and take necessary approvals before sharing with the candidate.
Initiate the employee verification with current employer for Lead and above designation candidates to
complete the process.

Get pre-employment check up done for all offered candidates before sending the formal offer letters.
Generate Offer Letter in PeopleSoft & Sap tool.
Supporting in Campus Recruitment for Engineering & Management Students.
Getting the Technical Panels & HR Panel selected for Campus Selection.
Handling team of 4 members.
Experience in both Domestic & International Hiring (UK, Australia, Dubai, Thailand, Philippines etc.)
Worked for Sr. hiring, , Mid-Level, Jr. hiring, Onsite hiring, Bulk hiring & Contract Staffing too.
Vendor Management
Sharing the requirements with Vendor depends upon the business needs.
Sharing the requirements with vendor for Contract Staffing, Contract to hire mode and OTP (for niche skill).
Getting vendor empanelment done after the evaluation process.
Negotiation on rate card for contract employees.
Generation of work order for contract employees.
Processing the vendor invoices for monthly and onetime hired employees payment.
Getting assessment done for contract to hire mode employees if they need to get converted on permanent
roles and initiating the process.
Quarterly Vendor Meet Invite all active vendors to make them understand the projection plans for client
requirements, help them to understand the niche requirement, discussion with technical panel if require,
awarding the best vendor.
Doing assessment for new vendors and for selected vendors do the evaluation giving selected skills to work
for a months time.
MIS Activity
Daily reports Maintain daily Sourcing Tracker.
Managing the database reports which carry personal, educational, experience & CTC information and
uploading the resume with all these details in database tool.
Tracking reports for in process of joining candidates and doing the regular follow-ups.
Preparing and Maintaining Dashboards on weekly basis for all Open positions & Weekly Interview status.
Maintaining weekly review reports.
Preparing PPT to present every quarter report on achievements and where we stand in terms of closure.
Vendor Tracker updation for monthly vendor invoice payments.
Update the internal portal for all the recruitment activities in SmarTrack..
