It shows
where they are located in Mexico on the map, as well as how many
people are employed in each one. Ciudad Juarez is the largest one,
with 242,600 people employed in that maquiladora factory. Tijuana
ranks second in total industry employees. You can see that cities along
the Mexican-US border have the most people employed in their
factories. This makes sense because the factories are probably
importing materials from the US.
