Marzano's Goals and Scales Professional Development Day February 17 2014

Community Service
Volunteered at Heartwood School, a center based school for children with developmental
disabilities. Responsibilities included assisting special needs students with arts and crafts
projects, community based outings and additional school related academic activities.
Advised youth golfers at Eldorado Golf Course by providing instruction on proper
etiquette, swing mechanics, and the important rules of golf.
Assisted in organizing, distributing and managing MEAP testing materials at
Washington Woods Middle School in the Holt Public School District.
Volunteer Golf Coach for the Holt High School JV girls golf team. Responsibilities
included preseason training, education on etiquette, swing techniques, team building,
rules and building self-confidence.
Interests
- Ten year golf career, including four years of high school varsity golf that resulted in a
four year athletic scholarship on the Aquinas College Womans Golf Team.
- Enjoy horse riding and participating in shows as a 4-H Member.
- Love to draw, paint, and read all types of literature.
- Enjoy the restoration and showing of antique cars.
- Especially enjoy history, current events, political science courses and related readings.
