PRESENT SCENARIO
We all are using debit/credit cards for shopping.
For ATM facilities these cards are boon to us.
It is easy to carry card along with us rather than huge

amount of money.
Many discounts are available now a days in these
cards.

BUT WHAT IF
OUR CARD IS
LOST!!!!!!!!
THEN..??

CURRENT PROBLEMS:

It takes a lot of time in customer care informing them about blocking our debit
card/credit card. By that time:

MANY TRANSACTIONS CAN BE DONE AND

CUSTOMERS MONEY WILL SUFFER.

Issuing a new card takes about 30 days.

IN THIS PERIOD OF TIME THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO
MAKE ANY TRANSACTIONS SO BANK AND CUSTOMER WILL HAVE
A HUGE LOSS AGAIN

Communication problem.
The gap of communication between the customer and the customer service is
also a big problem. The way some words are pronounced and accent problem
lead to problems.

Solution:

So we are going to implement:

Online debit card/credit card blocking through customer end
in addition to customer care
And for issuing a temporary card number and pin in that span of time
for online transactions , e-shopping ,etc

CURRENT PROBLEM

Credit cards are not popular among the consumers for

doing transactions.

WHY IS THIS PROBLEM

People are not aware of the benefits of using a credit card.

They can avail lot of offers and discounts if they use credit cards
for doing their transaction.

SOLUTION

We propose a savings evaluator .

The consumers can know how much they can save if they use a credit card
instead of cash payment.
