No Date To: All Engineering Department Staff Dear Colleagues, Following my recent appointment as the Director of Engineering Department, I ‘would like to begin by saying it is indeed a pleasure to work with such a wonderful team of professionals like yourselves. Needless to say, this position brings with it a huge responsibility, commitment and high expectations. Together, we must strive to live up to these responsibilities, fulfill our commitment and meet the expectations of the higher management of this, department. By no means, is this going to be a smooth ride. We are going to face many difficulties and come across several hurdles along the way.
