Providing Reasons to Believe
Wednesday evenings in June we will be doing a
DVD series on all sorts of aspects of creation. The
videos are designed for young adults, students, and
parents. This is an opportunity for us to empower
our young people with scientific evidence that
supplements a Christian worldview. I encourage
parents, grandparents, young adults, and students
themselves to make the commitment to participate.
Many FCCers had the opportunity to interact
with various members of Global Teams
International. We housed, fed, and transported
around 20 mission leaders and board members
over a 10 day period. I received a lot of great
feedback about how our people impressed the
team. Tammy and I were also able to attend a GT
seminar on working with Muslims held in South
Bend.

missionaries. The Ingles came through a series of
horrendous earthquakes in Nepal; Gabo & Emily will
soon be relocating to Michiana from Mexico City;
Andrew & Anna will be relocating from Cancun to
Back-to-Back headquarters; and Max & Deby are
exploring their next Middle East move from Costa
Rica. Respond as the Lord directs you.

Summer Serving

Summer is upon us and there will be opportunities for serving

in various ways. The kick-off again this year will be the Youth
Summer of Service (SOS) Weekend. For many people this has
become an annual ministry outlet.
The Men on a Mission will be in action again as they help
out one of the widows of our church in practical ways. This would
be a great opportunity for dads to volunteer alongside their sons.
Right before school starts we will have our yearly Vacation
Bible School (VBS) for the kids. Plan on volunteering and making
this a huge success.
A Hog Roast will wrap up summer vacation as students head
back to school. Lets make this a great summer.
