Michael Jordan Greatest

Moments

Jordans first shoe made was the Chicago

1s after he proved he would be a great
player in the NBA in 1985. However, the
NBA banned the shoe because of nonregulation colors but Jordan still wore
them. Jordan has 28 different models of his
own shoe. Hes basically worn every shoe
during his games. Now a days people wear
Jordans casually instead of for basketball.
His shoes are worn everywhere now and
are one of the most popular shoes. Most of
the names of his shoes relate to somewhere
in his life.

Michael Jordan is known as the Greatest Of All Time

(G.O.A.T). Won every Finals Series he played in, 4th in
All-Time scoring, signed with Nike then made his own
brand and shoes, starring in a movie, and many great
moments. Shockingly a player that got cut from his high
school his first year, ended up being the best player ever
to play. After his great high school legacy he attended
UNC in Chapel Hill for three years. He became ACC
Freshman of the Year in 1982. He ended up being 3rd
pick overall of the 1984 draft after Hakeem Olajuwon
and Sam Bowie. Won all 6 Finals MVPs to go with his 6
rings. MJ Entered the Hall of Fame in 2009

1991 was Michael Jordans first finals appearance.

His first appearance was against Magic Johnson and
the Lakers. Before this series started the Bulls had
the 2nd best record in the league and the Lakers had
the 3rd. The Bulls took the series in 5 games. I dont
think anyone expected this series to end so quickly.
This gave Michael Jordan his first NBA Finals win
and MVP award. After this the Lakers would
struggle the rest of the 1990s to win a
championship. Michael Jordan averaged 31.2 points,
6.6 rebounds, 11.4 assists, 2.8 steals, 1.4 blocks in
the series. He received the All-Time scoring title.
Hes only the third player to get an NBA Finals and
scoring title in the same season.

Michaels 2nd All-Star game he injured himself

and did not play the rest of the game. Jordans
1st MVP as an All-Star was in 1988. He scored
40 points in 29 minutes. He had 8 rebounds and
3 assists. He was short from Wilt
Chamberlains record of 42 points. He recorded
the first triple in an All-Star game with 14
points, 11 rebounds and assists in 1997. He
didnt get MVP that year. He had 3 MVP
Awards. They were in 1988, 1996, 1998. He
was in 14 All-Star games.

The Shrug was the game Jordan Made 6 3s in a half.

Jordan was never known for making 3s. So when he
made his 6 3s he gave a little shrug like he didnt how
it happened. The announcers would say Is it the
shoes! It happened in Game 1 of the 1992 Finals. The
Trail Blazers didnt know what was happening either.
He ended up finishing with 39 points. This is known
as No. 6 of his greatest moments.

Jordan is known as the G.O.A.T

(Greatest Of All Time). Hes 3rd in alltime scoring. Nine-time All-Defensive
First Team. Olympic Gold Medalist. 6
time Finals Champion with 5 MVPs.
10-Time All-NBA First Team. 14-Time
All-Star with 3 MVPs. With a Rookie
of the year award.

Michael Jordan had many game winning shots.

Probably his best game winner and buzzer beating
shot ever is known as The Shot. This happened
playing against the Cavs in the 1st Round of the 1989
Eastern Conference Playoffs. 20,273 people were
silenced in the Coliseum. The shot was from an
inbound play after a timeout at the free throw line.
Craig Ehlo made a layup to give them a 100-99 lead.
Then the famous shot happened over Ehlo to win the
game 101-100. The Bulls lost all regular season games
vs the Cavs prior to the Playoffs. So this made a
statement for the rest of the Playoffs.

Jordans famous The Flu game. It was

during the 1997 Finals. Game 5 of the series is
when it occurred. At 2 a.m he called his trainer
and believed to have had food poisoning from
the pizza he had the night before. He was told
not to play because the series was only tied 22 but he still managed to end up playing. He
had a slow start but managed to score 17
points in the first half. Jordan sat the bench to
start the 3rd but when they started losing came
in and hit a big 3 to give them 88-85 lead. A
foul happened against and sent John Stockton
to the free throw line. He missed the first and
made the second, but the final score was 9088. With clock winding down Jordan fell into
his teammate Scottie Pippens arms to
symbolize The Flu Game.

Michaels Last Shot. During MJs last season he

played in the Finals again playing the Jazz.
More like a rematch from last year after beating
them in the Finals. It was coach Phil Jacksons
last season also. Series went to 6 games. Jordan
made a jump shot at the free throw line after
breaking Bryon Russell. After the shot there was
5.6 seconds left on the clock with a 87-86 lead.
John Stockton missed the 3 pointer the Bulls one
there 6th finals in 8 years. A major upset for the
Jazz especially to lose at home.
