Professional Goals
My ultimate professional goal as a school counselor is to support and promote the overall academic,
emotional, and social success of all students. I am passionate about school counseling and helping
students through the knowledge and use of counseling skills I have gained while pursuing my masters
degree, the experience I have gained through school experiences at my practicum, internships, and
other related experiences, and plans to keep furthering my professional development to help ensure
that all of my students needs are met. I love working with students at all levels, K-12, and hope to gain
more experience with working with students in the near future.
Areas of Interest
My areas of interest include at-risk youth, mental health issues in children and adolescents, bullying
behaviors, and affective ways for working with the school community and stakeholders.
