Retro Rebate - data archival - implement residency/retention rules

Provide the Steps/Test Data/Variant which will recreate the issue:

As of now, There is no option to provide residency rule / retension period in the program
ZMOTC_CUST_TAB_ARCH, We need to enable the program to convert the timestamp in any table
to corresponding date and archive the records based on the timestamp ( If there is no relevant
date field )

Provide the Expected Results after the issue is resolved:

Records must be archived based on timestamp just like program is doing for date fields.

Provide (if necessary) the Business Logic required to achieve the Expected Results:
