Happy Monday!

4/27/15

DIN:
1.Think of three areas that you think
that you are smart in. This can be
a subject in school, or something
else!
2.What does the word smart mean
to you?

There are many ways to be smart...

Some people may learn best from listening,
while others may learn best with numbers,
or while learning outside with their hands.
There is a theory called Multiple
Intelligences that lists 8 different areas
that people can be smart in, or 8 ways that
people learn best

Multiple Intelligences
The 8 areas of intelligence are:

and

Visual-Spatial
Logical-Mathematical
Naturalistic
Musical
Bodily-Kinesthetic
Interpersonal
Intrapersonal
Verbal-Linguistic
sometimes
Existential

Why it matters
Its important to learn what areas of
intelligence you have, so you know how to
make the most of your learning!
Areas that you have the strongest
intelligence in usually are the most fun for
you too!

What areas of intelligence are your strongest?

We will take a survey to find out your areas

of strongest intelligences. If you hear an
area that you feel you are good at, but a
check mark next to that statement!
Graph your results!

Connecting areas of strength..

Its time to get ready to show what you
have learned in a way that works best for
you!
For your final project for Percy Jackson you
will have options that match your strengths
Here they are...
