Description of Activities:
1. Warming up:
Sing and display the video of Counting Song 1+1 by Pancake Manor

Lets students use their hands to show the numbers and sing.
2. Play Kahoot game: Add one more game
The game is about add one object each time. I will create 5 questions as minimum. For
example, I will put one picture of apple + apple = ?, then student count and answer 2.
Then, I can put picture of 2 books + 1 book = ? and so on.
After the warming up and game the teacher may ask some question such as:
Can we add more than one?
What things you can add? (money, clothes, fishetc)
..etc.
3. NearPod:
Let student join by the ID to the NearPod presentation. NearPod presentation would be

4. Activities Time:
I will give chance for students to choice the activity they like in the learning centers. There
are five activities I will set for students:
Popplet activity on the smart board: Students will cooperate to build an mind
map (brainstorm) about the addition topic such as things I can add, plus
symbol, What I love to add, Make my own addition formula.
Padlet activity: students go and look around the environment in or out the
classroom of things you can add up. Then, student take a picture of it and write
the formula under the picture. Students can finish this at home if they want.

Create Story: Students can choose puppet pals HD or Comic Life apps to create a
story. Then, present it to the class.
Flash cards game: I will give students a flash cards of pictures of things and under
each picture there is number. Also, there is and let them symbols such as plus (+)
and Equal (=).
Play-dough activity: I will write mathematical equations with numbers and
children must do it with symbols from play-dough as the picture below.

5. Presentation:
Teacher will design a gallery to show students work and invite parents, other students
and faculties and let my students talk about their work.

Comments:
This lesson was aim to develop to include student M with all students in safe and fun
learning environment where diversity and UDL are one.
Co: Writer universal program is used in students iPad and computer (it is so helpful
program for student M and second language acquisition learners)
The follow activity at home can be Dexteria Dots 2 which is game that engage students
with fine motor skills and visual tracking.
