DIFFERENSIAL DIAGNOSIS

A. Ulnaris Displasia
.Characterized by deficiency of the
ulna or ulnar carpal structures
.Type I is characterized by a small
ulna with both physes present.
Types II and III relate to partial or
complete absence of the ulna. Type
IV includes radiohumeral synostosis.

B. Cleft Hand
involves the feet and has associated
absent metacarpals
The severity of this anomaly varies
widely from a cleft between the
middle and ring fingers to absent
radial digits and syndactyly of the
ulnar digits.
