To
Whom
It
May
Concern,
I
have
known
Melissa
Medica
Voyles
since
July
2014.
We
taught
first
grade
together
at
BB
Harris
Elementary
School.
She
is
a
phenomenal
educator
who
is
organized,
technologically
savvy,
and
has
an
amazing
rapport
with
her
students.
Melissa
is
a
caring,
loving
educator.
She
has
impeccable
classroom
management
skills
while
also
being
able
to
nurture
her
students
based
on
their
individual
needs.
Her
students
were
shown
structure,
consistency,
and
a
desire
to
show
good
citizenship.
Melissa
set
high,
yet
attainable
expectations
for
her
students.
This
standard
helped
her
students
succeed
in
academic
and
social
situations.
Melissa
is
also
very
organized.
This
showed
in
her
learning
stations,
classroom
library,
and
technology
equipment.
Her
learning
stations
were
clearly
labeled
and
students
knew
exactly
what
to
do
in
order
to
be
successful.
Her
classroom
library
was
clearly
organized
with
color-coded
stickers.
These
stickers
helped
her
students
keep
the
classroom
library
organized
and
easily
accessible.
Her
technology
equipment
was
neatly
organized.
She
taught
her
students
how
to
use
the
equipment
respectfully.
As
an
educator,
I
learned
many
valuable
tips
from
Melissa.
Her
efficiency
and
structure
helps
her
students
reach
and
exceed
their
academic
goals.
Technology
is
another
strength
for
Melissa.
She
attended
eClass
training
throughout
the
school
year
and
would
share
the
valuable
information
learned
with
our
team.
She
would
apply
the
knowledge
learned
with
her
own
students
and
help
show
that
our
students
are
fully
capable
of
taking
their
learning
to
the
next
level.
Melissa
is
also
responsible
for
our
school
receiving
a
nearly
$1,000
technology
grant
from
Microsoft.
She
also
wrote
and
received
several
grants
for
classroom
technology
equipment
including
iPads,
tablets,
and
a
Surface
Pro.
Her
love
for
technology
provides
her
students
with
multiple
opportunities
to
further
their
academic
goals.
Melissa
would
be
a
wonderful
asset
to
any
team
or
school.
Her
love
of
education
shines
through
in
any
situation.
Her
first
priority
is
always
student
learning
and
success.
