15 This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff RealNetworks, Inc.’s motion to file certain

16 documents under seal. The Court finds that, in the interest of protecting the confidential business

17 information of the parties, Plaintiff’s motion shall be granted, subject to the submission of an agreed

18 proposed protective order by the parties within thirty days from the date of this order.

19 ACCORDINGLY,

20 IT IS ORDERED:

21 (1) Plaintiff’s motion to file certain documents under seal is GRANTED, and Plaintiff

22 may file the following documents under seal:

23 (a) Plaintiff’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction;

24 (b) Declaration of Richard Wolpert in Support of Motion for Preliminary
