Jenna: in class - 90% B and 83% C - will continue to work on level
C in Tier III
Red Flag Title Kids:
New Programming:
Stars and Stairs: accountability with a goal
Pulling students out 1 time a week for play date
Purpose for Extra Pull out:
No intervention, just reading so that Holly can get more info on
the kids.
Sonday: wont be full Sonday program - just portions of it
C,D,E kids:
Call in parents & get support
Set up plan for those kids so that there is common stuff going on
between classroom and Title
1st grade needs to get info on whats going on in Title
Ideas:
Keep strategies the same, book boxes going back & forth
Choose 1 kid per class and start the new focus

I Love to Read Month:


Name on calendar is date to send student to read with Marnie
Packet goes home with students on Friday with a copy of the book
Rock n Read sign up
Michelle and Linda will do Morning Trivia
Sit Stay Read - Writing activity about dog
Collect reading minutes & dress up days
Sledding Party day on the 27th - start thinking about a plan B
Book: Ranger in Time - Michelle and Linda will recommend others
Check to see if book is ordered for each teacher
Read.org - therapy reading dog (Tails for Reading)
Wednesday 11th at 1:15 (20 minute presentation)
Reading Buddies - If you have any kids that would like to be
reading buddies and go back to read to past teachers classes

Common Assessments & PLCs:


Math:
Common Assessments - yes
Do exit slips every week with whole group lessons
Last year pulled 3 power standards from each unit. Make sure that

groups are focused on those skills


Scope & Sequence: Follow curriculum and then mix up at end of
year to get in all standards
Math Assessments: Look back at the test and if there is an area
that overall didnt look good - may make changes. Look at tests
each year...
LA:
Learning Expectations - one for each trimester
Formative assessments are given throughout the trimester.
Lesson plans have the formative assessments in them.
Assessments:
Will revisit Tri 2 Learning Expectation sheet
Needs Resources - use the data to show if you need something.
