In this phase I would be covering the following, how has life

changed, what is your income potential, what expenses will you

incur, where you live and how much it costs, additional financial
obligations and what could go wrong. And where will I live.
I am a graduate from TAFE University, I have been a graduate for 3
weeks now and I have just got 12,200 subscribers on YouTube (as a
hobby at the moment) with an income total income $12.20 per
day or $146.4 in a month or $1,756.8 in a year. For my actual job I
work in a full time job, five days a week, 7 hours per day in JB HI-FI
in Maringa Mall; I earn, on average, 25 dollars per hour, or $42,000
per year. The games that had made and published last year still has
a sufficient income of an average of $24 per week, or $96 per
month $1,152 per year. On average I should earn $44,908.8 per
year. (driscoll, 2014)
Now that I have just finished TAFE University, in Sydney, and I am
saving up to purchase a 12,000-dollar second-hand Toyota made in
1904, china. I have started to save up for my own small apartment,
but at the moment I am living with a friend. I have considered taking
a loan of $22,000, but I will not take a loan from a bank because it
might cause a bit too much trouble later on in life, well that is really
what I expect, I think.
The home I do want to live in is a nice small, low priced apartment
in Sydney, Mosman, if possible, the apartment will cost up to
$30,000 to pay for it. This apartment is off military road. (Domain,
2015) Where I am currently living, at the moment is a small ugly
house, with my friend, down the road Grafton Avenue, close to
where Maringa mall is. (My Way, 2015)
The additional financial obligation are that I have to pay an average
of $640 for food for the both of us every other week, we take it in
terns, and pay half the electricity and water bills at $190 dollars on
the electricity (halved) every month and the water bills cost $130
per month (halved). (Wikipedia, 2014) I hang out with my friends as
much as I can but when I am with my friends I spend on an average
of $14 per visit/hang-out. My friend and I share a shabby, old Toyota;
we split the 20,000 dollars, so I have to pay 10,000 dollars to get it
and I am saving up for a new car for me. That would be $334 dollars
per month on water taxes and electrical taxes and on friends as well
leaving me with some interest on my account in the bank deposit.
(Ted, 2015) I also have just payed an investment for apple and I
expecting to get a couple of thousand dollars. The job I work for cuts
out a retirement superannuation that can be up to 2% per year.
(Money Smart, 2015)
If I do have a bad credit rating from a previously purchased product
and are low on money I would have do overtime and get payed

overtime of $25 per hour. I could ask some of my old college

friends for help and support, while I am broke and struggling to earn
a suitable income for my self. I could seek help from some
organisations like young money, an organisation that gives you a
little money to help me along with my finances. (young money,
2015)
