operating radius, dimensional details of offices, batching plant, material storage areas etc.

Most of sketches are line diagrams without detailing. All site drawings are attached directly.
Concrete and reinforcement rates are directly taken in RA of Pile foundation without any

Quality checks, Inspection and tolerance limits were specified without any details of the same
during execution.
Are you there just to provide specification details, standard procedures and checklists available on
site or to observe all above in detail and explain?
Owning & operating costs are derived without any their capacity, mode of operation and actual
fuel consumption data.
Dimensions are missing in many drawings.

All site drawings are attached directly. Where is your work except calculations?
Formwork detailed sketches are provided partially and in parts. It is not giving overall formwork
picture which was executed. Follow whole to part approach.
Reinforcement activity directly starts with transportation and fixing whereas BBS shows bars
having bends at specific angles and curves.

Shutter plate is the only material which was used for formwork? Improve all RAs and avoid
usage of constants for TEP and do according to your own observations at site.
No cross reference given for any sketches. All procedures are written describing general case.
Checklist provided which is available at site without any specific inputs from your side during
execution.
State variation in productivity of FW and reinforcement over the observation period.
Productivity analysis should have specifically designed sheets in which data is collected every
day. It must be dated and submitted along with report as supporting data.
