INTRODUCTION
!

MH370 was a flight that was lost over the Indian

Ocean,
and the search is still in progress. There are
!
many theories about what happened to the flight,
some of them are that the pilots crashed the plane,
some people say that the plane went crazy, and
some people say that it was hijacked. Most likely,
the pilot hijacked it. The last voice contact of the
pilot was that he said Goodnight, Malaysian three
seven zero. They are not supposed to say
goodnight. When the air traffic control tower lost
contact with the plane, the Malaysian military still
saw the plane on their radar. This event happened
on March 8, 2014.

MALAYSIA AIRLINES
Malaysia Airlines is an airline
that travels worldwide. MH370
was en route to one of those
many destinations when it was
lost. Another accident with a
Malaysia Airlines plane was
MH17. MH17 was shot down
over the Ukraine on accident by
the Russian Air Force. The
president of Malaysia Airlines
held a meeting after MH370
radar contact was lost declaring
that the flight was lost.

THE PILOT
The pilot of MH370s name was
Zaharie Ahmad Shah. The pilot had a big,
expensive flight simulator in his home,
and some people think that he was
planning for this event. He did not agree
very much with the Malaysian
Government, and he was very angry. Lots
of people say that the pilot locked the copilot out of the cockpit, flew the plane up
way above the planes service level to
suffocate everyone while he wore a
mask, and continued to turn the plane
around and do a nose-dive somewhere
into the Indian Ocean. Before he did all of
this, he made sure all of the
communication links were stopped.

THE SEARCH
The search for MH370 costs a lot of
money. Lots of countries helped supply
the money. They are China, Australia,
Malaysia, the US, the UK New Zealand,
Japan and South Korea . The search
costed about $33-42m (135M PLN). They
have to search underwater, because it is
believed that the pilot nose-dove into
the ocean. They have only covered a
little bit of the places that MH370 was
thought to crash at.

THE PASSENGERS
There were many pasengers
on MH370. There were
passengers from 15 different
countries. Two passengers from
Iran travelled with stolen
passports from an Italian and
an Australian. Their names
were Pouria Nour Mohammad
Mehrdad and Delavar Seyed
Mohammadreza.
