A Note from the Student Teacher:
Dear Students and Families,
My name is Ms. Yeager and I am so thrilled to have the chance to
student teach at Northview High School. It is an honor to work with
so many talented and motivated students. I graduated from
Northview in 2011 and participated in both band and choir. Working
with groups I was a member of during high school has been a great
experience and is teaching me so much. My family still lives in the
area and my brother is a senior at Northview.
I will be graduating from Grand Valley State University in the spring
with a bachelors degree in Music Education. Next fall I hope to be
teaching choral music in a high school.
Thank you for your support of the music program and for this chance
to work with your students. I look forward to continue working with
them through the Pops concert.
Sincerely,
Alyssa Yeager

Wiegenlied
Good evening, and good night, With roses adorned,
With carnations covered, Slip under the covers.
Early tomorrow, so God willing, you will wake once again.
Good evening, and good night. By angels watched,
Who show you in your dream the Christ-child's tree.
Sleep now peacefully and sweetly,
see the paradise in your dream.
