should be cautioned that the knowing receipt or
distribution of certain visual depictions (if the
depictions are of minors engaged in sexually explicit
conduct) contained in the Report or the reproduction of
these visual depictions for distribution through the
mail, as provided in Sec. 2252(a) (1) and (2), may
subject the individual to the criminal penalties
provided in Sec. 2252(b). ,
